Sappiamo che avete pensato TUTTI al seguito della poesia che ci riporta ai nostri ricordi più cari dell’infanzia.
Come le ciliegie… chi non si è mai arrampicato sugli alberi per raccoglierle?
Questa estate vi faremo compagnia la domenica, sia a pranzo che a cena. Proponiamo il nostro menu alla carta e un piatto speciale dedicato ogni domenica a un ingrediente diverso.
Si parte questa domenica 11 giugno 2017 con le ciliegie, in onore della ormai storica Festa delle Ciliegie di Via Dandolo a Varese. Per chi rimane in città è un’occasione speciale per una passeggiata per le vie del centro che si trasformeranno in un mercato contadino.
Per noi è l’occasione di dare a chi non puo’ passare a trovarci in settimana l’occasione di gustare i piatti di Chef Davide anche la domenica.
Il menu sarà alla carta, con un piatto speciale dedicato quindi, questa domenica 11 giugno, alle ciliegie.
Le domeniche del villaggio sono il nostro modo per celebrare, durante il periodo più solare e produttivo dell’anno, l’agricoltura, il lavoro dell’essere umano nei campi, il cibo sano e etico, il nostro lato bucolico, la campagna che si sposta in città, il bambino che è in noi, la Natura con tutto il rispetto che possiamo rivolgerle, il cibo che dal campo arriva direttamente sulla tavola, e per riscoprire la città sotto una nuova luce, perché è il nostro punto di vista sul mondo che dà valore alla realtà.
È un modo per rivalorizzare il centro città e trasformarlo in un villaggio, luogo di incontro e scambio dopo le fatiche della giornata lavorativa.
Mi raccomado, ricordatevi di prenotare, per noi che cuciniamo fresco è sempre molto importante sapere quanti ospiti avremo e potervi servire al meglio!
