Eccoci, a grandissima richiesta, con un’altra edizione della Pizza Gourmet di Chef Davide Maffioli, questa volta in versione Super Estiva!

Vi ricordiamo che la nostra pizza è preparata da noi con sola farina tipo “2” (semi-integrale) & lievito madre nostro (senza aggiunta di farina Manitoba o di altre farine di forza che normalmente si usano in pizzeria).
L’impasto è a lievitazione naturale, senza miglioratori, coadiuvanti, stabilizzanti, emulsionanti, coloranti, lucidanti ed esaltatori di sapore.
Ricordiamo inoltre che utilizziamo solo materie prime biologiche e biodinamiche del territorio italiano.
