Il lonzino di fichi è un altro prodotto del territorio marchigiano che ci dà quotidianamente tantissime soddisfazioni.

Siamo contenti di scoprire che la tradizione contadina italiana prediligeva, come dolcificante, il frutto stesso o la sapa, chiamato anche nettare d’uva, unico dolcificante usato nella zona di Serra de’ Conti per dolcificare i dolci.
La Sapa è un altro prodotto tipico che va ad aggiungere una dolcezza equilibrata a questo dolce a base di fichi.
Nelle Marche servono il lonzino insieme a del formaggio stagionato, a fine pasto. Noi abbiamo pensato di proporlo accostato a del Tofu, che mettiamo noi sotto sale.
Un “dolce” finale solo per chi osa degustare.
