Chi c’è ne La Guida Michelin 2019?
Carissimi Tutti, è con grandissima soddisfazione che vi annunciamo la notiziona di fine 2018:
il Vero Restaurant è stato inserito tra le 180 novità de La Guida Michelin 2019, ed è l’unico ristorante totalmente Vegan d’Italia ad essere stato selezionato!
Siamo molto contenti di questo traguardo raggiunto per tantissimi motivi.
Abbiamo preparato un piccolo video in cui vi raccontiamo, a caldo, le nostre impressioni.
Nell’emozione del momento, ci siamo dimenticati di ringraziare chi lavora con noi: voi non li vedete ma senza di loro non saremmo arrivati dove siamo oggi. GRAZIE DI CUORE <3
