Un tavolo apparecchiato tra le botti, un menu preparato e raccontato da Chef Davide, la Cantina Campaccio che racconta la storia del suo vino.

Antipasto
Focaccia di farina semi integrale con olive nere, capperi e pomodori Datterini
Crema di zucchine crude montata all’extravergine con soffritto di pomodori secchi e crouton di pane
Flan di carote e zenzero con salsa alla lavanda
Primo
Risotto di riso bianco Baldo ai funghi Shiitake mantecato con crema di mandorle e limone
Secondo
Seitan panato in crosta di mandorle con composta di cipolle rosse in agrodolce, purea di Batate viola con salsa Tamari Lolmaia
Dessert
Torta multistrato con crema di more micronizzate acidula e copertura al cioccolato bianco Il Modicano e fava di Tonka
I vini in degustazione che accompagnano la cena saranno un bianco, un rosato e un rosso della Cantina Campaccio.
Campaccio Bianco, uve Viognier
Campaccio Rosato, uve Merlot
Campaccio Rosso, uve Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carminoir
Il costo della serata, un calice per ogni vino e acqua compresi, è di 60 euro (70 franchi) a persona.
